The calm before the storm

I am sitting here at the house, missing church, because I think I feel a sinus infection coming on.  I tend to get these after I work way to much and don't get rest or proper food.  My plan is to go to the Abbey of Gethsemane tomorrow with a few friends for a mini-retreat before class starts on Tuesday.  I hope I can kick this thing before it starts, it would be a great way to ruin my semester the first few days.

My team did a great job at orientation chapels this week, they have caught on so quick.  I got to speak at the end of the spiritual formation seminar and managed to get Bigfoot and Henry Clay Morrison in my talk.  I am excited to see what this years juniors have to offer, I feel really good about it.

I have a new post over at goingtoseminary.com, it's about writing in your bible.

Well, thanks for coming over.  I hope to get into the comments of the last post this evening.
