Over the last couple of months, I have written (and hopefully set up) about how the Western world functions in relation to Apocalyptic vision. I have reviewed some movies, gone through some longer posting series, and made some jokes. I think its time for the next level.
I did all this to build up an easily accessible base of information, without getting to specific. Last week I wrote about how our conversations and thoughts regarding eschatology matter to the church today. We need to learn to ask the questions that really matter, and have eternal bearing.
So starting this week, we will actually begin a more linear path, towards a better overall understanding in order to answer these questions with real language, and not church-speak. Looking forward to the End is part of the Church worshiping an incarnate Christ, who leads his people home.
